### Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Add in the 1 1/4 cups of white sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, blending until well combined.
- Next, add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just blended. Be careful not to over mix.
- Mix in the sour cream and flour until everything is combined smoothly.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Once baked, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another hour to cool slowly.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, you can top it with fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar for an added touch!
